We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and reliable professionals who are committed to:

• Building trusting relationships with clients and their families

• Supporting individuals with complex needs (developmental, behavioral, or emotional)

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote growth and well-being

• Championing inclusion, diversity, and community engagement

• ​

Key Responsibilities (may vary by role)

• Provide direct support to children, youth, or adults in-home or community settings

• Implement behavioral support plans or therapeutic activities

• Support families in crisis or transition through goal-oriented interventions

• Collaborate with case managers, therapists, and community partners

• Assist clients in accessing education, employment, housing, and cultural resources

• Model healthy communication, boundaries, and coping skills

• Complete accurate documentation and progress reports

 

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Child & Youth Care, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice, Indigenous cultural safety, and behavioral strategies

• First Aid/CPR, Suicide Intervention (ASIST), and NVCI or CPI are assets

• Clear Criminal Record Check and Child Intervention Check

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred for some roles)

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
